Well hopefully not. That Die Hard guy can TEAR UP some stuff, but with 285 original miles and currently at $3250. US it's hard to go wrong. Here’s your chance to give and get at the same time, and feel pretty darned good about the whole deal. Charity fundraising website CharityBuzz, as part of it’s 12 Days of Giving campaign is working with Bruce Willis who has donated his personal 2005 Ducati Multistrada to raise money for the Boots Campaign and to show his appreciation for the US Military. Many of you know of Guy Webster, because he has an excellent motorcycle collection in Ojai CA and has been really generous with his bikes over the years - lending them to shows and exhibits like the Art of the Motorcycle. But what he is REALLY famous for is his photography and tomorrow there is a rare opportunity to hear him speak on the topic. "One of the early innovators of rock and roll photography, Guy Webster has spanned the worlds of music, film and politics in his 50-year career. His hundreds of album covers have included the Rolling Stones, the Mamas and the Papas, the Beach Boys, the Doors and Simon & Garfunkel. Photographer for the infamous Monterey Pop Concert his images were used for the festival booklet and include concert photos of Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, The Who and many others. He has photographed film legends such as Rita Hayworth, Dean Martin and Bob Hope as well as countless luminaries and celebrities including Igor Stravinsky, Allen Ginsburg and Truman Capote for hundreds of worldwide magazines." Tomorrow at 9:29am Pacific Time 150 tickets will be given away to his Sept 13th Los Angeles lecture. They will go fast (like a rock star concert because Guy really IS like that). Chris Pine is in the process of rebooting his second high-profile character for Paramount Pictures, and 2013 is most likely the year he becomes a household name. We’ll see him reprise the role of Captain Kirk in J.J. Abrams’ ‘Star Trek 2‘ in May, while next winter brings us Pine take on Jack Ryan in, well, ‘ Jack Ryan.’ If you were wondering what the latter character will look like, today’s your lucky day, as the first image of Pine-as-Ryan has been revealed. As you can see from said image (via ComingSoon.net), production has officially begun on ‘Jack Ryan,’ which will tell the origin story of the fictional CIA operative. Not a whole lot to take away from this picture, other than shooting is taking place in Manhattan (South Street Seaport, it appears) and Jack has expensive taste in motorcycles – that’s a Ducati, baby....
