A good way to think of your content strategy multiple steps and how to structure your content for the various phase of your customer acquisition and retention cycle.

Content can be used for the purpose of serving to function  as the opener or the door opening to a  conversation or the tool that will help start the business relationship. Once the door has been opened you have a variety of strategies to implement. One of the goals of these strategies  should be to  ultimately lead you or your company  to more interactions and  transactions with the potential or existing customers. Positive business  transactions should help you to build your business results, reputation,  and in turn lead to referrals.

Jayson DeMers doesn't touch on this that much but we've started covering that here or there and I'm thinking about writing a follow-up to that specifically targeting entrepreneurs. What would be your tips on that topic?
