Reminds me of the old saying: "Don't tell me, show me".

Facebook announced its new design this morning, Mark Zuckerberg described the evolution of the news feed as "The best personalized newspaper that can bring all types of content together." The new design is much more visually engaging, with richer stories and consistency across both desktop web and mobile platforms.

- Who is responsible for implementation?
-  Take appropriate action - if you are wrong, apologize and make-up appropriately

- Let it breathe
- Get to the source
- Do NOT fight back - stay positive, take the high road or do nothing until you can address correctly. Remember: once you've commented or responded, you can't take it back. 
- Review and adjust accordingly when crisis is over - use this as an opportunity to learn and improve
