After years carefully building her fashion brand, Cynthia Rowley made a decision that would make or break her business.
Kathryn Mary Nicks's insight:
This video I thought was very relatable to our class in the decision-making process. Cynthia was forced to make a Authoritarian decision about her company. She alone is in charge of her brand and creative process. She used the intuitive process when forced to make a huge life changing decision about her brands direction. Taking huge risk for her fashion line and stepping outside the "norm". She wanted to effect people lives which brings it back to a leader who has emergence and effectiveness. She was a success launching her line at target and making that instinctual decision turned out to pay off big too. The creative process what her main interest was and effectively having it reach and touch people.
