Taking off a shirt becomes a conscious, multistep effort: grasp the shirt, lift the shirt over the head, pull arms through the sleeves, place the shirt on the table, let go of the shirt.

Joli montage. Il est parfois nécessaire de se ressourcer : voir pousser un brin d'herbe, écouter un oiseau sans penser à Twitter, regarder un paysage sans vouloir le "capturer" et le livrer en pâture à Facebook. Redonner son importance au temps : le pouvoir d'enseignement du potager est bien plus fort que celui du supermarché! Ne pas renier le virtuel pour autant, toutes nos facettes sont utiles! Freud consulte-t-il sur FB :) ?
