Au moment de réfléchir à son lancement sur les média sociaux, le Community Manager doit se poser certaines questions indispensables à l’élaboration d’une stratégie social-média pérenne :

 

- Quels sont les réseaux les plus pertinents pour atteindre mes cibles ?

- Dois-je me lancer sur un ou plusieurs réseaux sociaux à la fois ?
- Comment mettre en place une stratégie social-média utile au consommateur final ?
- Comment mesurer le ROI marketing et financier de mes actions ?
- Comment puis-je respecter les usages de chaque plateforme ?
- Comment puis-je tirer parti du contexte de navigation des internautes ?

 

La mise en place d’un calendrier stratégique sera donc un élément fondamental dans la réussite de votre stratégie d’entreprise, afin de constater la réussite ou l’échec de vos actions.

 

Tout au long de cet article, je vais donc tenter d’apporter des réponses à ces différentes questions par l’apport d’exemples concrets :

Cross-train your team so everyone is ready.

 

When a marketing disaster strikes, you can’t afford to let the situation get worse because a key team member is unavailable to do their part.Be sure to cross train employees so they are familiar with their colleagues’ core job skills.Establish a password protocol that ensures multiple individuals have important access codes. That way, if the main contact is unavailable, the backup can help you access important tools or information.
