Customer service is condition that business need to do, to make them pleasant and expect. It mean the way to serve for customer exactly what they want. Even if your company have product not really good but you have customer service skill, you still have loyal customer. There are 3 main factors to mae customer pleasant are: good products, convinences, personality as well. For example: when you are travelling, you have not booking yet, you compare the price 2 four star hotels with the same cost but different customer service and you see the review of hotel A is better than hotel B. Absolutely you choose hotel A to booking. The staff need to make customers completely believe into the product they choose or the service they are using. The staff must be carefull training, have to understand and flexible dynamic to serve customers, and also catch up customer’s psychological how to get the best result. Good communication is an important thing to success in career job.
