Given the standardisation of many eCommerce platforms how is a brand's humanity realised through digital?

I agree closing the loop is a vital part of understanding and improving on customers’ experience. That said, I am not convinced the humanization of customer service can be fulfilled via email automation. With customers being more connected, more discerning and more influential than ever before, effective customer service should remain an integral part of your business’s operations team. I don’t believe 'personalized' automation should ever be the way forward if businesses want to truly listen, learn and measure their customers’ viewpoints.
