Si plus de 85% apprécieraient (dont 40% fortement) qu’un vendeur fournisse un produit qui ne fait pas habituellement partie de son offre, l’étude révèle que près d’un consommateur sur deux serait prêt à changer de commerçant si un site concurrent prenait en compte ses attentes de produits et modifiait sa gamme d’offres en conséquence. 1/ Etat d'esprit 2013 : 51% des Français ont des difficultés à boucler leurs fin de mois. 33% craignent une dégradation de leur situation financière (19% une amélioration) quelque soit leur niveau de revenu. -> progression de la nostalgie, peur de l'avenir.

Attention aux innovations gadgets qui ne servent que l'image du retailer : D'après les expériences déjà existantes, les grandes bornes interactives ne sont pas utilisées en magasin (voir le flop de celle de M&S sur les Champs Elysées) et les cabines d'essayage virtuelles ne remplaceront jamais les vraies.
