I assume that most readers of this Scoop.it are already teaching.  I'll go one further. I assume that you are teachers who want to make a change to online education.  Regardless, I'm sharing this terrific article about how to land your first teaching job. This article is a primer on how to acquire and market your talents.  This writer really understands how to function in a system.  As you read this, think about how you might apply the lessons learned to acquiring your first online teaching job! It's a great read!

Participate in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops as required by the district.
