Brent Goodrich's curator insight, August 30, 2015 12:54 PM

Israel attacked an arms convoy from Syria to Lebanon. It was believed that the shipment contained advanced surface to air missiles that were going to the terrorist in Lebanon. Israel has not yet confirmed the attacks but  has told the world that it will prevent the terrorist from getting advanced weapons to harm Israel. This is another example of Israel backing its word and defending itself from outside threats. I believe that Israel is making a good move to attack the shipments to protect its people. It is doing airstrikes much like the United States does and is within its rights as a state to defend itself.
