Elizabeth Farrell's insight:

It's mindboggling to thinkk that with only 3 weekends into school, ASU has a total 1,367 arrests. All of which are alcohol related. With one of the fraternities named by Rolling Stone the most out of control frat, itn not surprising that Tempe has recuited 7 other police departments to crack down on the college drinking at this notorious party school. I personally can't wait to see next weeks numbers.
