Generally, I'm pretty well-tuned into my work-life merge and stress-busting routines, often awakening prior to the blaring of the alarm.
Sonia Sant's insight:

I mange stress by not creating stress. As I practice this, my periods of stress have reduced. Anxiety does take over my being at times but then mostly I am able to place issues, incidents, and events in a way and place that stress is not created.
