Before working out they recommend eating a whole wheat piece of toast with peanut butter and banana slices as well as cinamon. After workouts you want to rebuild your broken down muscles so high protein foods suchas chicken and eggs are good for you. I am going to try tthis in my project.

During the winter and the cold months, peopel tend to change their eating habits for the worse. Sometimes people think that a big bowl of soup sounds appealing, but they do not know that soup is extremely high in sodium. I learned to not change my eating habits during these winter months.

The number one way of building unhealthy eating habits is snacking. Snacking constantly throughout the day is the worst thing you can do, especially when what your eating is nothing more than chips and such. Good snacking include primarily vegetables and fruits becaause they are not high in fat and the sugar in them is healthy.
