This is how I am performing my search. I spend very little time searching job boards and wasting time reentering my information time after time after time. I have done that before. At last check only 11% of people find a job through the job boards/postings.

This is so, so true. Most stuff I read is like people are trying to look too smart, or like they are an expert on the subject. I have found that it's ten times the work to write short, concise, meaningful and relevant content. Most seem to to just blurt something on "paper" that looks good without reading again later and improve to see if it makes sense, and it's easy to read. I read a TON of online posts and I would say the 50%+ fall short.
