It's always important to remeber that the workouts can be scaled down to whatever level you are at. Focus on the technique and being consistent with your weekly workouts. That's the best way to see results and be confident in the knowledge that you will avoid injury. Strive for progressing at the rate your body feels most accepting of the challenge you're asking it to do.
