WASHINGTON, May 23 -- The Federal Trade Commission issued the following news release: The Federal Trade Commission has authorized staff of the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection to send a letter to the court overseeing the bankruptcy proceedings of education technology company ConnectEdu raising concerns about the proposed sale of the company's assets, which include student information.

When a company will be bankrupt, it is a problem that how to arrange the assets the company leaves. While education technology company will sale the assets, like student information. A new health system will be emerged. But some experts is suspicious of the fact that the Electronic Health Record sharing system will bring about privacy issues. Although this bill has not been pass, the debate on whether this system can result in patients' information leaked is increasingly serious. The general view is that the lack of this system, like inmmature technology and mispoeration can lead to leakage of suffers' health recording losing sometimes. So, I think this system should be tested many times before being applied to the practice.

 The author is confusing the announcement from Yahoo Privacy Team that "Do Not Track settings will no longer be enabled on Yahoo".  He thought that Yahoo firm was doing a ridiculous thing, for one thing, it will not able to ensure the track to users; for another, it promises users a highly personalized experience which is regarded as the best way for understanding behaviours of users. This contradiction seems to be common in other companies which is easily suffered from privacy issues. Actually, how to balance privacy and user experience is great of importanc to most companies via Internet.

I think the answer is yes. There are a large amount of license recorded by these scanners. Of course, the data is involved in the secrete information such as address, real name. Once they are stolen or leaked, the result cannot be uncountable. And it is also an irresponsible behavior to lead to leakage of driver privacy.

I am surprised about the attitude of privacy issues from both customers and companies. Although the security of personal information has never been debated in the public, the privacy leakage still happens nowadays. The new whcih a large number of users' information was stolen by hacker shows that the eBay's response is just to aske them to change their information meanwhile declare that the stolen information is not important. However, few of them change their passwords. That is really unexpected.
