If they collapse the mountain behind my land the valley in front turns the property into valuable lake front property. Es necesario que expresemos nuestro sentir ante la irresponsabilidad e inmoralidad que estamos viviendo y debemos señalar a los responsables de que los emisarios de la maldad se envalentonen y cada ves sean más despiadados.

Es indignante ver como diariamente salimos a cumplir con muestra misión de brindarle seguridad a nuestros ciudadanos, a pesar de saber y estar plenamente conscientes de que no contamos con el respaldo inclusive de entes dentro del mismo sistema de gobierno y aún dentro de las mismas filas de nuestro cuerpo de ley y orden, lo que tal parece que estos han olvidado como parte de sus funciones como oficiales de la Policía.

Si es vergonzoso ver como un emisario de los derechos civiles tuerce la ley y el derecho para amamantar y respaldar a los delincuentes, más vergonzoso es que un designado monitor federal que ha estado presente y ha sido testigo presencial de primera linea con pleno conocimiento de las provocaciones, intimidaciones, amenazas, retos hacia la autoridad publica y menos precio, ademas de la destrucción de propiedad que le cuesta al pueblo de Puerto Rico se manifieste torciendo los hechos para criticar y responsabilizar a la policia, que en proporción a los delitos allí cometidos fueron tímidos al utilizar la fuerza necesaria para imponer la ley y el orden.

No hay duda de que aquí hay muchos responsables de las lamentables y terribles noticias negativas que diariamente se propagan por el mundo. Muchos de esos delincuentes ya han tenido su día en una corte de los (Tribunales de Justicia) y salen por la libre cuando hasta por una letra en una declaración jurada, o por la dilatación y tardanza en ver los méritos del caso hay ausencia de algún testigo o simplemente los términos para hacer justicia han prescrito. A eso se suma la falta de compromiso de aquellos que duermen plácidamente y de un plumazo despachan los casos sin tomar en cuenta los riesgos de las víctimas de delito y de los oficiales de ley y orden, ademas del costo en que incurre el Estado para garantizarle a los ciudadanos su seguridad.

Seguramente el asesino de nuestro compañero en Ponce paso por los Tribunales de Puerto Rico por otros delitos, antes de cometer ese cobarde y vil asesinato dejando nuevamente huérfanos a los hijos de la hermana del compañero que fue asesinada en parecidas circunstancias cuando se encontró en medio de un intercambio de disparos entre gangas de criminales. Hoy y una ves más estamos viendo las consecuencias de la forma liviana de impartir justicia, y de torcer la ley y el derecho a la hora de imponer la ley y el orden. No creo que estos que le hacen un flaco servicio a muestro pueblo tengan consciencia, no son estos los únicos casos y nada han hecho para cambiar su deslealtad hacia lo que se comprometieron, ya sea por falta de compromiso, por miedo, o simplemente porque hay intereses particulares de por medio.

A falta de responsabilidad y compromiso es un hecho que vamos perdiendo la lucha contra el crimen en Puerto Rico, y el terror y el crimen son y seguirán siendo la orden del día, hasta que como en otras ocasiones sea uno de los que tienen en sus manos mejorar la calidad de vida segura caiga en manos de aquellos que les importa un bledo, porque el crimen es un negocio del que viven. No quisiera ser tan exagerado pero a la vista esta que vamos de mal en peor y que si nada se hace para combatir el mal que nos aqueja la anarquía esta a la vuelta de la esquina.
