Sheriff's Deputy threatened for speaking out against federal power grabs

Sheriff's Deputy threatened for speaking out against federal power grabs | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it
(NaturalNews) It's not supposed to be against the law to speak your mind and what's more, Americans depend on the nation's lawmakers and law enforcement officers to uphold the Constitution's protections. But what about when a law enforcement agency is denying one of its own the right to speak his mind about, say, the intrusion of the federal government into state and local business?

In some parts of the country, exercising that right is apparently not allowed. Enter Trinity County, Calif., where the sheriff - Bruce Haney - has found himself embroiled in a civil rights lawsuit filed by one of his deputies, Mark Potts, for allegedly punishing Potts over comments he made about the federal Leviathan in a series of editorials in the local newspaper.

Potts, who filed his complaint in U.S. District Court in Sacramento, said in court papers he was seeking to "vindicate" his "free speech rights" under "federal and state constitutional and statutory law."

Drug-using NYPD Officer arrested as ringleader of group stealing and selling fellow Officers guns

I wish it wasn’t  the case that there are so many stories involving police abusing their positions. If we compile enough evidence, eventually there will be no place left for any of them to hide, having broken all the laws themselves we will be forced to change the methods of the police force in this country. I don’t know how long that will take to accomplish but I will keep reporting stories like this every single day until that reform does come about.

2011 National Gang Threat Assessment

2011 National Gang Threat Assessment | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it

The gang estimates presented in the 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment (NGTA) represent the collection of data provided by the National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC) through the National Drug Threat Survey, Bureau of Prisons, State Correctional Facilities, and National Gang Intelligence Center (NGIC) law enforcement partners. An overview of how these numbers were collected is described within the Scope and Methodology Section of the NGTA. The estimates were provided on a voluntary basis and may include estimates of gang members as well as gang associates. Likewise, these estimates may not capture gang membership in jurisdictions that may have underreported or that declined to report. Based on these estimates, geospatial maps were prepared to visually display the reporting jurisdictions.

Seriously, though, is it a crime not to be a U.S. citizen? No. So there’s absolutely no reason to answer the question.

Puerto Rico: Nueve asesinatos en un mismo día

Tres personas fueron ultimadas a balazos en Cayey, en lo que se convirtió en la quinta masacre del 2012 en la Isla.

Criminals don't give a damn about gun control...matter fact they don't give a damn about any law. I want to thank the PRPD, Arecibo & Morovis Tribunal, Fiscal, DRNA and others, for HELPING the criminals drive my family and I ("THAT GRINGO") off the island. When all the good citizens have fled Puerto Rico's out of control corruption & violence, who will be left? You let them lie to you, then you fail to uphold your own laws, protect a Federal Cop.... now it's coming home to roost.

Everyone in America needs to understand their responsibility in what's happening to Puerto Rico, USA now. How our own is US Congress has been keeping PR unwittingly enslaved for over 100 years. Our Congress has it in their power to force Puerto Rico to stand up or go independent. Real Self Determination but right now its status quo, lies & corruption and we all see how well that's working out. What's happening in Puerto Rico, USA is America's fault (complacency) sorry to say. :(

Both former and current VAPS have signed my petition (but not enough yet) | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it

Both former and current VAPS have signed my petition (but not enough yet), despite the censorship imposed on the facts & evidence they know the whole truth because many of them know the deadly players the FBI & DoJ are still ignoring. Here was one of my my humble responses, to an old friend who is a former VAPS and understand what really happened to my family and I.

============================================================================

I just wanted to say sincerely Thank You......... to you Bro..,

For caring about what the Facts & Evidence are.

People don't understand what she did to us by helping the criminals get their way. That type of corruption must be exposed and people like her removed from federal service. I know she did not act alone but I got her red handed, giving aid to the people who attempted to murder me. She wrote a VA Memo back in Nov 2010 I did not discover until after they had already ambushed me in March 2011 and only days after I discovered I had been terminated. Clearly she was helping them. Ms. Mims thought I was armed and gone rouge because of the Ast Chief's criminal perjury! It must be exposed to save future VAPS lives. The corruption down there, went too far this time.

As the FBI & DoJ well knew..I don't own any fire arms and never carried off duty - weapon logs too. So this VA Memo was blatant criminal perjury! Why didn't they investigate it? If they thought it was true? Because like you and everyone else knew it was a LIE. But it was lie that set me up to be murdered in cold blood that luckily failed.

Some how, some way this VA Memo and it's perjury and my true story needs to get out so that all VAPS understand who she really is.. a Cop Killer. - Randy L. Dixon Rivera
