SILENCING HOLMES' FATHER was scheduled to testify in LIBOR Scandal I don't believe in coincidences either. | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it

Robert Holmes is known throughout the global banking community as the creator of one of the most sophisticated computer algorithms ever developed. He developed predictive models for financial credit and fraud risks and internet/online banking fraud models.

Educated at the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University, Robert Holmes is currently the senior lead scientist with the American credit score company FICO. Every American citizen is beholden to FICO if they need to borrow money.

The massive banking fraud crime that the US Senate is investigating is called the LIBOR Scandal . It involves UK banks who illegally fixed borrowing rates with the compliance of the Bank of England, the US Federal Reserve (which knew about this crime for 4 years and didn’t report it) and other major Western banks.

WTF?? US Military Reveals Coup Plan To Topple Obama | EUTimes.net | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it

A shocking Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (MTC) report red-lined to President Putin this morning warns that “various elements” within the US Military establishment are “actively planning” for the overthrow of President Barack Obama prior to the November elections.

According to this report, Russian Naval Infantry Forces commanders participating in Rim of the Pacific-2012(RIMPAC) international naval war games off Hawaii (the world’s largest multi-national maritime exercise) this week were told by their US counterparts aboard the USS Port Royal (CG-73) that Obama had to be overthrown as he posed the most dangerous threat to the United States since the founding of their nation.

Biggest story you missed #Trapwire

Biggest story you missed #Trapwire | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it
A highly sophisticated surveillance system called TrapWire has been revealed...

The unsettling reveal occurred this week, as emails pertaining to TrapWire began surfacing online. WikiLeaks was set to publish some of the most sensitive messages – that is until AntiLeaks hackers barraged the site. As Ben Doernberg wrote on Storify, TrapWire appears to be an anti-terrorist move on behalf of law enforcement agencies, an effort to “connect the dots,” between apparently unrelated data.

100% scary....

The U.S. cable networks won't be covering this one tonight (not accurately, anyway), but Trapwire is making the rounds on social media today—it reportedly became a Trending hashtag on Twitter earlier in the day.

Trapwire is the name of a program revealed in the latest Wikileaks bonanza—it is the mother of all leaks, by the way. Trapwire would make something like disclosure of UFO contact or imminent failure of a major U.S. bank fairly boring news by comparison.

What makes our NDAA lawsuit a struggle to save the US constitution | Tangerine Bolen | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it
Time after time, Obama's lawyers defending the NDAA's section 1021 affirm our worst fears about its threat to our liberty

I am one of the lead plaintiffs in the civil lawsuit against theNational Defense Authorization Act, which gives the president the power to hold any US citizen anywhere for as long as he wants, without charge or trial.

In a May hearing, Judge Katherine Forrest issued an injunction against it; this week, in a final hearing in New York City, US government lawyers asserted even more extreme powers – the right to disregard entirely the judge and the law. On Monday 6 August, Obama's lawyers filed an appeal to the injunction – a profoundly important development that, as of this writing, has been scarcely reported.

In the earlier March hearing, US government lawyers had confirmed that, yes, the NDAA does give the president the power to lock up people like journalist Chris Hedges and peaceful activists like myself and other plaintiffs. Government attorneys stated on record that even war correspondents could be locked up indefinitely under the NDAA.

Tule Lake Committee Web site - Can it happen again? #NDAA | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it
Tule Lake was the crucible for Japanese American resistance to incarceration during World War II, where thousands of Japanese Americans met America's betrayal of their hopes and dreams with anger, defiance and rejection.

Tule Lake was the largest and most controversial of the ten War Relocation Authority WRA camps used to carry out the government’s system of exclusion and detention of persons of Japanese descent, mandated by Executive Order 9066. The Order, which eliminated the constitutional protections of due process and violated the Bill of Rights, was issued February 19, 1942 following Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Two-thirds of the 120,000 persons of Japanese descent incarcerated in American concentration camps were American citizens, an act that culminated decades of anti-Japanese violence, discrimination and propaganda.

Tule Lake opened May 26, 1942, detaining persons of Japanese descent removed from western Washington, Oregon and Northern California. With a peak population of 18,700, Tule Lake was the largest of the camps - the only one turned into a high-security segregation center, ruled under martial law and occupied by the Army. Due to turmoil and strife, Tule Lake was the last to close, on March 28, 1946.

Terrorism Prevention Video Asks Public to Report Photographers to Police

Terrorism Prevention Video Asks Public to Report Photographers to Police | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it

One of the common reasons given for being wary of photographers is that terrorists commonly use cameras as part of their information gathering tactics prior to devastating attacks.

The disconcerting video above is a terrorist prevention video that was funded by the Department of Homeland security and uploaded to Houston’s city website back in January 2011. Starting at 1:42, it attempts to convince people that photographers may be potential terrorists, and that the police should be called if one appears to “hang around for no apparent reason.”

In 2011, Juggalos were added to the list. You already know about Juggalos, those zany, slap-happy, face-painted faygo-swillers who have made the Insane Clown Posse their religion. American Police Now “Israeli-DHS Trained,” Precursor To Dictatorship | Alternative | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it
Slowly, every police department in the United States, at the behest of the Department of Homeland Security, is being trained by Israeli groups.

As part of this training, there is an increased move to use of military uniforms, armored vehicles, heavy weapons, illegal surveillance, lying to the people, press and courts and systematic interference in the electoral system.

They are becoming “Israeli.”

The door to this foreign influence in America was thrown open by the Department of Homeland Security and, in particular, Michael Chertoff, an Israeli citizen who was, in particular, most instrumental as former Director of DHS in implementing policies challenged as unconstitutional, policies the new “Israeli trained” American police are tasked with stopping opposition to.

“Israelization” of American police is a simple process:

Sheriff Mack on National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (#NDAA)

National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (NDAA) Sheriff Mack talks about NDAA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uABKPqMaJFM&feature=player_embedded#!

For further study on

National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (NDAA)

Indefinite detention without trial: Section 1021

Controversy over indefinite detention [edit]American and international reactions

Section 1021 and 1022 have been called a violation of constitutional principles and of the Bill of Rights.[48] Internationally, the UK-based newspaper The Guardian has described the legislation as allowing indefinite detention "without trial [of] American terrorism suspects arrested on US soil who could then be shipped to Guantánamo Bay;"[49] Al Jazeera has written that the Act "gives the US military the option to detain US citizens suspected of participating or aiding in terrorist activities without a trial, indefinitely."[50] The official Russian international radio broadcasting service Voice of Russia has been highly critical of the legislation, writing that under its authority "the US military will have the power to detain Americans suspected of involvement in terrorism without charge or trial and imprison them for an indefinite period of time;" it has furthermore written that "the most radical analysts are comparing the new law to the edicts of the 'Third Reich' or 'Muslim tyrannies.'"[51] The Act was strongly opposed by the ACLU, Amnesty International, Human Rights First, Human Rights Watch, The Center for Constitutional Rights, and The Council on American-Islamic Relations, and was criticized in editorials published in The New York Times[52] and other news organizations.[53][54]

Americans have sought resistance of the NDAA through successful resolution campaigns in various states and municipalities. The state of Rhode Island, the Colorado counties of Wade, El Paso, and Fremont, as well as the municipalities of Northampton, MA. and Fairfax, CA, have all passed resolutions rejecting the indefinite detention provisions of the NDAA.[55] The Bill of Rights Defense Committee has launched a national campaign to mobilize individuals at the grassroots level to pass local and state resolutions voicing opposition to the NDAA. Campaigns have begun to grow in New York City, Miami and San Diego, among other cities and states.[56][dead link]

Attorneys Carl J. Mayer and Bruce I. Afran filed a complaint January 13, 2012, in the Southern U.S. District Court in New York City on the behalf of Chris Hedges against Barack Obama and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta to challenge the legality of the Authorization for Use of Military Force as embedded in the latest version of the National Defense Authorization Act, signed by the president Dec. 31.[57]

A more than one hundred page defense motion detailing how Pfc. Bradley Manning, the soldier accused of releasing classified information to WikiLeaks, was subjected to cruel and inhuman treatment while held at Quantico Marine Brig has been made public. The motion on “unlawful pretrial punishment” asserts officers at the brig made a decision to hold Manning in the harshest conditions possible, regardless of his psychological health. It concludes, as a result of “flagrant violation” of Manning’s “constitutional rights,” the judge should dismiss all charges with prejudice or, at minimum, grant “meaningful relief in the form of at least 10-for-1 sentencing credit for the 258 days PFC Manning inappropriately spent in the equivalent of solitary confinement.”

This song is featured on B. Dolan's "HOUSE OF BEES, VOL 2" http://tinyurl.com/HouseOfBeesVol2

B. DOLAN's "FILM THE POLICE" pays tribute to N.W.A.'s infamous "F*ck the Police," serving as a call to action for the digitized media movement while responding to the recent explosion of police brutality all across the world.

This free MP3, courtesy of STRANGE FAMOUS RECORDS, features a reconstruction of Dr. Dre's original beat, brilliantly reanimated by UK producer BUDDY PEACE. Label CEO, SAGE FRANCIS, opens the song by picking up the gavel where Dr. Dre left it 23 years ago, introducing a blistering, true-to-style flip of Ice Cube's original verse by SFR cornerstone, B. Dolan. TOKI WRIGHT (Rhymesayers Entertainment) follows up by stepping into the shoes of MC Ren, penning the people's struggle against cops as a case of "Goliath Vs. a bigger giant." Finally, Jasiri X (Pittsburgh rapper/activist) rounds out the track by filling in for Eazy-E, reminding us that police brutality disproportionately affects poor people of color.

With the Occupy Movement bringing various forms of injustice to the forefront of people's consciousness, "Film the Police" is a reminder that cops have been a continued and increasingly militarized presence in public streets. Thanks to the widespread use of smartphones and video cameras, along with the popularity of social networks such as Twitter and Facebook, the power of the media has been put back into the people's hands as they document the injustices perpetrated by those who have sworn to serve and protect them.

The lyrics to "Film the Police" are available at: http://bdolan.net/film-the-police-lyrics/

Getting pulled over for rolling through a stop sign is whack. But getting pulled over, having a gun pointed in your face, and then being strip searched on the side of the road in front of your two children for rolling through a stop sign is, well, really whack and probably an excessive use of force. At least. that's what a new lawsuit in the Sunshine State is claiming.
Last July, Leila Tarantino claims that she was pulled over by an officer with the Citrus County Sheriff's Department. In the suit, Tarantino says she came to a full stop and should have never been pulled over in the first place.

Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) - PIH - HUD program - You must be crazy! | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it

I have an interesting new perspective from the Veterans Affairs and their Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) - PIH - HUD program ALL U S Veterans have a need to know and understand; just in case you were giving it any thought. For argument's sake, if a US Veteran becomes homeless or jobless due to external factors, such as crime, corruption or violence perpetrated against them; the VA considers that Veteran's homelessness or joblessness as a mental illness as per their screening requirements for that program.

So that means to the VA, US Veterans who are clearly victims of crime, are ALL mentally ill? I mean what other possible reason could there be for that ridiculous requirement? Well apparently that's the criteria for US Veterans to receive Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) - PIH - HUD because I inquired into their stringent requirements. The 1st thing they said is you have to have a psychological evaluation and referral! lol Get Real! Now who's kidding who?

The moment a victim of a crime begins a psychological profile with the VA, they can be discredited at trail as a witness! You know the VA shrink will say they are crazy and there goes their creditably as a witness to a crime! They might even be still high on those cocktails they shoot into their confined asses. Anyone else see how self fulfilling that is for the VA, it's Psychiatric program, their job security as well as the pharmaceutical pill popping industry too?

How do I know this to be true? You don't need a psychological referral and evaluation for the Civilian HUD program or when you go to receive job help from the unemployment department, on the civilian side you only need to be qualified and in need. You see homelessness & joblessness can be caused by a number of factors well outside a normal person's control. Things like you can't get bureaucrats or governmental employees to do their damn jobs and stuff like that. Relax US Veterans you are not all homeless or jobless because of you or being treated by a VA shrink, you might actually be homeless because of an Act of Official US Government Corruption.

Needless to say I don't need that kind of help from the VA nor will I be volunteering for their psychiatric mind control experiments anytime soon. What I need is, for our federal criminal laws to be enforced like they should have been in the first place. So I guess when it comes to the VA actually helping a US Veteran, it's all really about the VA helping itself, when you get right down to it.

So...not this time VA, I still have the goods on what your officials criminally did to my family and I. That is it's still pending on if the FBI and DOJ ever does their damn jobs. At that point I will make a perfect witness of the criminal corruption now plaguing the VA internally.

US Veterans beware, the VA is not what you think it is.

John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute also said that he had been contacted by numerous veterans in the aftermath of Raub’s release who had encountered similar problems with authorities attempting to have them declared mentally ill.

#NDAA 2012 Historical Lawsuit Q&A (The End of the US Constitution) No #MSM?

Published on Aug 7, 2012 by RevolutionTruthOrg

On August 2, 2012, RevolutionTruth hosted a live panel discussion with Carl Mayer, Bruce Afran, Daniel Ellsberg, Birgitta Jónsdóttir, Tangerine Bolen (Host), David Segal, Kevin Gosztola, Michael Kelley, Laura Poitras, and Jacob Applebaum to discuss the current state of the ongoing Hedges v. Obama lawsuit against the US. Government regarding Section 1021 of the 2012 NDAA and answered audience questions.

Seven plaintiffs, backed by multiple civil liberties and human rights groups, filed suit against President Obama, Leon Panetta, and 6 members of Congress over the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) last March. The lawsuit, spearheaded by plaintiffs Chris Hedges and Tangerine Bolen, is one of the only things standing in between innocent citizens everywhere and the threat of indefinite detention by the US military under Section 1021 of the NDAA. Journalists, lawyers and activists around the world have expressed profound concern and criticism over a provision that effectively suspends due process of the law and threatens to destroy First Amendment rights.

We WON round one of our lawsuit in May, after Obama-appointed Judge Katherine Forrest ruled entirely in our favor and granted a temporary restraining order against this provision. She did so after the US government refused to provide assurances (when asked 5 times) that plaintiffs and others would not be subjected to indefinite detention for exercising First Amendment rights.
