If only the American people really understood just how vulnerable their lives truly are.
On top of that, many murders are preventable or are deliberately caused by well orchestrated acts of corrupt government officials (people we trust).
It's not easy for the average American to see through the prison ("prism" deliberately not used) of lies and deceptions but for the victims it becomes crystal clear if they should survive.
Nothing like being nearly murdered in cold blood and unarmed to wake you up to the cold hard facts our U.S. Justice System is concealing deadly lies.
Betrayed: Exposing the Truth http://lnkd.in/dsEy6eV Remember I said Federal Management will say, "It's a personal problem" LEOs don't be their PAWN - #OATH not #NDAA
You know you're on the right track to exposing govt #corruption when people start threatening you. #OATH not #NDAA
Homicidal Criminals don't give a rat's ass about gun control laws or your life. The only right thing to do is to stay alive when you're faced with a grinning cold blooded murderer intent on offing you. I'd rather have a loaded gun in my hand next time so as to make damn sure I have a fighting chance. I almost didn't survive the 1st time because of a corrupt justice system that has stolen our human right to defend ourselves. Calling 911 is to report a homicide NOT prevent one. #FACT P.S. I was a federal cop no one is going to bullshit me anymore about the real life #FACTs; the U.S. Justice system is TOTALLY FUBAR
A U.S. grand jury has indicted an Alabama police officer, captured on video throwing an Indian man to the ground, on a civil rights charge stemming from the use of unreasonable force, federal prosecutors said on Friday. Eric Parker, 26, then an officer with the Madison Police Department, was seen on video recorded from inside a patrol car on Feb. 6 throwing Sureshbhai Patel, 57, to the ground after attempting to question him. Patel, who speaks no English and moved to northern Alabama from India about two weeks before the incident to help his son's family care for a young child, was badly injured, said his lawyer Henry Sherrod. Sherrod applauded the one-count indictment handed down late on Thursday, which charges that Parker acted under the color of law to deny Patel's civil rights, and which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton has refused to turn her email server over to an independent third party and claims she has wiped the server clean, dealing a setback to the special investigative committee looking into the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack, the probe said late Friday.
Quite simply too many U.S. Govt Officials along with many elected representatives have over stepped their constitutional bounds on too many grounds. Example, like criminally mass spying on U.S. Citizens & even assassinations of "presumed innocent" U.S. Citizens etc. The U.S. Govt is OUR employee & it's high time to FIRE the lot of them plain and simple. We can start by impeaching Obama himself.
Cell phone no, Cable TV no, Computer Yes, Car payment? Well no, I can't even afford a used car in this #FUBAR economy. However I did build my own mortgage free, self sustainable home with my own two hands on my own farm land. Apparently the U.S. Government felt I had too much FREEDOM & LIBERTY and decided to make damn sure it was burned to the ground, our pets and livestock destroyed, my land stolen from us by murderous thugs all with the aid of corrupt government officials (a FACT) while my family and I became homeless & stateless refugees in our own nation...The United States of America as the #FBI & #USDOJ well knows. Don't seem right now does it? - Randy L. Dixon Rivera
Recap: At approximately 10:52 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2015, Cottonwood Police (CPD) received a call from the Cottonwood Wal-Mart reporting that a female Wal-Mart employee had been assaulted in the store by multiple suspects. The employee was going into the store bathroom when she was physically shoved out of the way by one of the suspects.
When officers arrived the suspects were in the parking lot and immediately attacked the responding officers. During the altercation, one of the CPD officers, Sergeant Jeremy Daniels, received a gun shot wound to his leg. Sergeant Daniels, 31, has been with CPD for about 10 years and should make a full recovery. He is currently at the Flagstaff Medical Center. One of suspects was shot and killed. A second suspect was shot in the abdomen. Six other suspects were eventually taken into custody including Jeramiah Gaver, 29 from Boise, Idaho. Mr. Gaver was booked on an Aggravated Assault charge. The other suspects face charges ranging from aggravated assault to attempted homicide to obstruction. A total of eight officers and another Wal-Mart employee were assaulted in the parking lot during the fight. Seven of those officers sustained minor injuries to include lacerations and bruising and in one case a twisted ankle.
The suspects included an adult female and two juveniles male and female. We believe most are from the same family. Initially the suspects refused to cooperate. Our detectives are still in the process of trying to identify them. They were all booked as “John Doe’s” pending confirmation of identification.
During the course of the fight in the parking lot we believe there was a struggle for an Officer’s gun. A total of three gunshots were fired. All of that is the subject of this ongoing investigation. The wounded suspect was treated at Flagstaff Medical Center and released. He will be charged with aggravated assault.
This is a very complex case involving several officers and a number of suspects. We will update information as it becomes available.
The spoliation of evidence is the intentional, reckless, or negligent withholding, hiding, altering, or destroying of evidence relevant to a legal proceeding. The AUSA Jaime Raich intentional withhold many evidences in favor of the opposing party (The USCG on district 7 of Florida, an agency of the department of homeland security of the United States, the Plaintiff) as: Entrance or Clearance statement by U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Customs and Border Protection, on April 15th till April 27th, 2010 the "Island Express I" was not carried out any Panama documentation
Randy L. Dixon Rivera's insight:
More and more there's a growing number of law abiding citizens seeking vindication from a justice system that refuses to police itself. Official acts of corruption are not victimless crimes as they continue to destroy too many innocent lives. The good news is a least now we better understand what we're dealing with and it's #FUBAR
This week President Obama took unilateral executive action — again — to change the nation's immigration laws. Almost no one noticed. Obama intends to make it easier to bring more foreign guest workers to the United States — likely at significant cost to workers already here — by loosening the rules governing something known as the L-1B visa program. Under the program, a multinational company with offices in the United States can move workers from abroad to live and work in the U.S. for as long as five years in what is known as an intra-company transfer. There are almost no rules concerning what those workers can be paid, so there is no barrier to a company firing American employees and bringing in workers from foreign facilities to replace them at much lower pay. Companies who transfer workers to the U.S. through an L-1B visa have to show that those workers bring some sort of specialized knowledge to the job — that is, they have particular knowledge that would be hard, if not impossible, to find elsewhere in the United States. Obama plans to broaden the definition of specialized knowledge so much that it could conceivably used to cover just about any foreign worker a company wants to bring here.
I already accomplished this once in my life. However this concept fails in U.S. Territories without an honorable U.S. Justice System or Enforcement of our Human RIGHTS. Corrupt U.S. Govt Officials, local Judicial Corruption, well known local State Police Corruption & Murderous Thugs destroyed it all; as the #FBI and #USDOJ well knows. A Cold Hard #FACT
