I'd like to see that entire video (Is that all?).... or at least another video that could collaborate the allegation. Cops giving orders is normally very distinct commands, those voices sounded panicked.

(AP) A Virginia man accused of throwing pipe bombs at Montana troopers during a highway chase last fall was to go on trial Monday on seven counts of attempting to kill a law-enforcement officer.
A multistate manhunt for Laurence Alan Stewart II began Oct. 30 after Fredericksburg, Va., police said Stewart detonated pipe bombs at the home of his ex-fiancee and at two residences linked to Virginia deputies. Nobody was injured in those explosions.
