NDAA Is Now Law, and Libertarians Are Now Anti-Government Extremists! by Gary D. Barnett

Democracy, which I consider to be the first step or beginning of socialism, thrives on propaganda, and uses this propaganda to indoctrinate the people. Once this indoctrination is complete, totalitarianism is the end result, and then propaganda is replaced by the razor’s edge of the state’s sword. This is our lot today. Propaganda has labeled those of us who desire to protect freedom as dissenters, and as enemies of the State. Given the now "legal" ability of the State to imprison indefinitely or murder any it chooses to, the sword has become the state’s weapon of choice. The circle is nearly complete!

According to a Reuter’s article published recently, the "FBI warns of threat from anti-government extremists." "Anti-government extremists opposed to taxes and regulations pose a growing threat to local law enforcement officers in the United States, the FBI warned on Monday." The article went on to say that: "These extremists, sometimes known as "sovereign citizens," believe they can live outside any type of government authority.

If only the American people really understood just how vulnerable their lives truly are.

On top of that, many murders are preventable or are deliberately caused by well orchestrated acts of corrupt government officials (people we trust).

It's not easy for the average American to see through the prison ("prism" deliberately not used) of lies and deceptions but for the victims it becomes crystal clear if they should survive.

Nothing like being nearly murdered in cold blood and unarmed to wake you up to the cold hard facts our U.S. Justice System is concealing deadly lies.

Some users of the anonymous web browser Tor have reported that Comcast has threatened to cut off their internet service unless they stop using the legal software.

Comcast completely denies their claims. In a blog post, the company said "We have no policy against Tor, or any other browser or software. Customers are free to use their Xfinity Internet service to visit any website, use any app, and so forth."

According to a report on Deepdotweb, Comcast customer representatives have branded Tor "illegal" and told customers that using it is against the company's policies.

"You've just finished your trip to the grocery store with your debit card, making sure to hide your pin number. But before you get home, the funds in your account are wiped clear. How did this happen?

Thanks to an inexpensive and ingenious device that attaches to an iPhone, a new wave of cyber theft allows the holder to commit silent robbery by reading your thermal imprint. There are a variety of ways they can obtain your card number right there or later, but what they really need is your PIN."

Mark Rober demonstrates how easy this theft is by actually stealing someone's PIN in this video........  http://www.postcamarine.com/2014/09/how-to-prevent-thermal-hack-on-your-atm.html

Washington Menaces America With Its ISIS Creation | New Eastern Outlook

Washington Menaces America With Its ISIS Creation | New Eastern Outlook | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it

The Washington Times in an article titled, “Intel believes 300 Americans fighting with Islamic State, posing threat to U.S.,” makes the incredible claim that:

The U.S. government is tracking and gathering intelligence on as many as 300 Americans who are fighting side by side with the Islamic State group in Iraq and Syria and are poised to become a major threat to the homeland, according to senior U.S. officials.

Officials say concern is widespread in Washington that radicalized foreign fighters could return to the homeland and commit terrorist attacks with skills acquired overseas, according to officials who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the information. Those concerns were heightened by the disclosure Tuesday that a California man was killed fighting alongside militants with the group, also known as ISIS.

Once Upon A Time, There Was Due Process

Once Upon A Time, There Was Due Process | Criminal Justice in America | Scoop.it
September 6, 2014 – Once upon a time, the 5th Amendment to the constitution said that a person could not be deprived of property without due process of law, nor shall private property be taken by the government without just compensation. This must have been a long time ago because it’s been totally forgotten in a Philadelphia suburb. The Sourovelis’ home was taken because their 22-year-old son had $40 worth of heroin, for which the parents had no knowledge, according to their statement. Even if they did know, the process by which their home was seized is an outrage. The family was forced out on the street. The police claim the property committed a crime and therefore became the property of the City of Philadelphia. The CNN report shows that this horrible process has occurred almost 500 times in the past two years in the Philadelphia area. This type of property forfeiture is over the top and ignores any pretense that the constitution has anything left to its original meaning. The police are militarized, the courts are out of control, and the people suffer. It’s clear—respect for the rule of law at the local and national levels has been severely compromised. Let’s hope we change this rather soon.
