PUBLIC NOTICE: As of March 5th, 2017 as a lawful resident within the State of Massachusetts; I Randy L Dixon (Rivera) do hereby invoke my human right to protest the unlawful & criminal actions taken against my legal wife Iris N. Acevedo whom has been diagnosed with 'Small Cell Lung Cancer at Stage IV' (SCLC) and whom is "not of sound mind" has been kidnapped & manipulated into submitting to the will of nefarious parties to include her ex-husband Roberto Figueroa, Mailyn Figueroa, Melissa Figueroa & Maryam Figueroa have conspired utilizing criminal means to confuse, manipulate and control my lawful wife Iris N. Acevedo and to control her meager financial resources (SSI) for their own personal benefit and gains. As the State of Massachusetts DOES NOT appear to recognize any of my legal rights as a lawful husband to Iris N. Acevedo and having made no effort to investigated the criminality involved in the TAKING of my lawful wife Iris N. Acevedo; I hereby absolve myself of all financial, legal & lawful burdens and or lawful responsibilities including past, future & present as NOT ONE of my legal rights are or have been recognized, protected or enforced by the State of Massachusetts. No one can say I didn't try, it's a bit a frustrating but if the law is not on my side (the lawful husband) then definitely we have a problem with the laws here. Why get married and why pay taxes? I think this could become bigger than just what's happening to my wife & I. Seems like there's a legal precedent hidden in all this that could change bad laws or lack of present insight into this issue. I'm not going to take it laying down that's for damn sure. Seems that's what everyone expected me to do for some stupid reason .. they got the wrong guy.
