PUBLIC NOTICE #2 Amended TODAY on March 10th, 2017 as a lawful resident within the State of Massachusetts; I Randy L Dixon (Rivera) do hereby invoke my human right to protest the unlawful & criminal actions taken against my legal wife Iris N. Acevedo whom has been diagnosed with 'Small Cell Lung Cancer at Stage IV' (SCLC) and whom is "not of sound mind" has been kidnapped & manipulated into submitting to the will of nefarious parties to include her ex-husband Roberto Figueroa, Mailyn Figueroa, Melissa Figueroa & Maryam Figueroa have conspired utilizing criminal means to confuse, manipulate and control my lawful wife Iris N. Acevedo and to control her meager financial resources (SSI) for their own personal benefit and gains. (Amended section begin: THAT I WILL NOT COOPERATE IN THE REMOVAL OF ANY ITEMS FROM MY POSSESSION SO LONG AS MY WIFE IS BEING TECNICALLY KIDNAPPED THROUGH CRIMINAL DECEPTION. THAT MY WIFE DID NOT ABANDON HER HOME AND BELONGINGS OF SOUND MIND AND IS IN FACT IS BEING CRIMINALLY MANIPULATED AFTER SHE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TERMINAL CANCER. IF IT IS TO BE A LEGAL CHALLENGE WITHOUT LAWFUL AND OR CRIMINAL RESOLUTION I SHALL NOT BE COMPELLED TO AID HER CRIMINAL CAPTORS IN BOTH HER ILLEGAL TAKING AND THE TAKING OF OUR SHARED LIFE POSSSESSIONS. HER CRIMINAL CAPTORS HAVE NO RIGHT TO ANY MATRAMONIAL POSSESSIONS STILL CONTAINED IN OUR LAWFUL HOME. I WILL CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN OUR LAWFUL HOME UNTIL I TOO AM FORCED AGAINST MY LEGAL & JUST RIGHTS BY FORCES BEYOND MY CONTROL. I DO NOT LEGALLY ACCEPT MY LAWFUL WIFE IS NOW OR WAS CAPABLE OF SUCH DECISIONS AFTER BEING DIAGNOSED WITH TERMINAL CANCER AND WHILE SUFFERING FROM EXTREME DEPRESSION TREATED WITH PERSCRIBED MEDICATIONS, THUS I WILL NOT COOPERATE WITH HER CAPTORS IN THE REMOVAL OF ANY OF OUR SHARED MARITAL POSSESSIONS. I HAVE A HUMAN RIGHT TO MAINTAIN ANY ITEMS I SEE FIT UNTIL HER LAWFUL RETURN TO HER OWN HOME UNDER LAWFUL AND LEGAL CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH I NOW AIM TO PERSUE TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. ONCE AGAIN I WILL NOT COOPERATE WITH CRIMINALS. ONE IS NOT COMPELLED OR PROVOKED TO PROVIDE ANY MATERIAL SUPPORT OR AID TO ONES CRIMINAL HOSTAGE TAKERS AS A MATTER OF FACT IT IS MY HUMAN RIGHT TO RESIST TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. :Amended section ends). As the State of Massachusetts DOES NOT appear to recognize any of my legal rights as a lawful husband to Iris N. Acevedo and having made no effort to investigated the criminality involved in the TAKING of my lawful wife Iris N. Acevedo; I hereby absolve myself of all financial, legal & lawful burdens and or lawful responsibilities including past, future & present as NOT ONE of my legal rights are or have been recognized, protected or enforced by the State of Massachusetts. To my supporters thanks .. too many have already jumped on "I hate Randy" bandwagon without understanding all the intimate and now criminal FACTS that I have well documented. I pray the law does it's job and this situation can be resolved before anymore damaged is done. My wife has been forced to make financial commitments through criminal acts of theft and psychological manipulation by individuals who do not serve in my wife's best interests and against my will too. We'll see what Charlie Baker (Governor of Massachusetts) & the State AG's office has to say about this case. I think EVERY married man in Massachusetts needs to know! Is there a double standard for us married men in MA? Or is the law the law still?

In Puerto Rico when a woman moves back in with her abusive and violent ex-husband, that's overwhelmingly not considered a good thing.  ANYONE who justifies this is lying to themselves and each other i.e  "Domestic Violence".   Let the record show:  I did everything in my power to prevent harm from coming to my lawful wife ... anything happens to her now and her blood is on those who omitted the cold hard facts and enabled this to happen.  The reasons my wife divorced her ex in the 1st place apparently has been lost in the rush to manipulate her into expensive commitments that benefit him directly.  Where I grew up that's called treason.   How could this be in my wife's best interest now.... people of MA?   #FUBAR

               No one can say I didn't try, it's a bit a frustrating but if the law is not on my side (the lawful husband) then definitely we have a problem with the laws here. Why get married and why pay taxes? I think this could become bigger than just what's happening to my wife & I. Seems like there's a legal precedent hidden in all this that could change bad laws or lack of present insight into this issue. I'm not going to take it laying down that's for damn sure. Seems that's what everyone expected me to do for some stupid reason .. they got the wrong guy.

I warned them all back in November 2016 shortly after I noticed their greedy blood lust, now they're crying (threating me documented) because the parasites, cockroaches and vultures criminality is being publically exposed? Go figure!
