I'm not a school librarian.  I'm not a teacher, either.  Our district hasn't has librarians in the 13 years I've been here.  I do my best, but I'd love to work with a teacher librarian someday.  Good advice here on how to keep what you've got!

This is how I like the library to look.  Lots of kids, tons of books on display, art work, too.  (This is an old photo--we also have larger, more colorful directional signage on the bookcases!)...
