Converting Cause Marketing into Results | Bundled.com

Tools, App and Services to grow your customer list and revenues. Email list building tools to grow your Social Media following, email subscribers.

I just noticed Garlic Jim's Pizza donated money to a cause. So what happened? The West Seattle location of this sympatico pizza joint popped up in my mind. Scanning the list of causes this business has donated to, made me feel all warm and fuzzy. Next time we go to Alki Beach and don't feel like having Japanese food (our regular destination in West Seattle is Azuma Sushi) I'll go to Garlic Jim's. After all, we share values and interests.

That's how Cause Marketing works.

Understanding Conceptualization: The Process You Go Through Before You Launch An Online Community - The Online Community Guide

Everything between the moment you establish the objectives and the moment you begin doing outreach to your members is the conceptualization phase.

JvP: Artists don't necessarily think about this, we are what and who we are, and share ourselves, our art. Which visitors will take the bait, enjoy what they see/read, and return, often is a surprise.

In 2005 the last thing on my mind was an Online community, all I wanted was Internet presence, name recognition, and a way to see proof of what it was I'd done in the past, on other continents and in other countries, in another lifetime.

Today, having an Online Community makes more sense, but where do you start, and what's your tribe, or as Rich Millington says, what's your target audience?

Who Am I Today? Managing the Writer’s Many Online Personae

So most of you already know me.  I'm Geoffrey Cubbage, the guy from that little "about the author" page that I haven't updated in years.  Tall, dark, handsome, witty -- all that good stuff.

Bu...

Oh, how I relate to Geoffrey's post, me, the writing artist DutchessAbroad, creator of Anglo fiction and non-fiction books.
I've got my Pro Arts Etc imago for my writing on Art & Lit etc. And let's not forget that I don a typical Dutch when writing in my mother tongue, whether it's tweets or blog posts or bits on Facebook - "In haar moerstaal".

To be able to hop back and forth between Dutch and English Twitter and Facebook accounts I use HootSuite.

And I'm with Geoffrey all the way in regards to using different Browsers for different websites and blogs, it protects you from oopses and saves your breath.

TechCrunch | How To Enable Facebook Timeline Right This Second

READY FOR ANOTHER LEARNING CURVE?
Not me, not this second, not this moment, not today an most likely not this weekend either. I've got to do some "real" work before I can get that creative ;-) with Social Platforms again. May even turn on AntiSocial. No really.

If you are ready, POWER TO YOU, GO FOR IT.

DISCLAIMER: I didn't say it would go well, or you wouldn''t get into trouble. The writer of this article does say you may not want to get into it this early unless you ARE a DEVELOPER.

"This morning Facebook announced Timeline, a crazy (and kind of creepy) omnibus look at everything that has ever happened in your Facebook lifespan. It's like a story book of your life — or at least the online, documented parts."

How to find your Facebook Fanpage RSS URL | Ping Kaching

Ping Kaching shows you how to locate your RSS URL for your facebook fanpage. Then we show you how to distribute that feed!

JvP: You may have noticed RSS feeds of your Fan or Business Pages have disappeared after the latest FB design upgrade. Michael Roberts presents the basic feed URL to use.

NOTE: If you have a dedicated URL (the one you get after 30 Friends have *liked* your Page) Michael's explanation needs a slight adjustment.

You won't find the *Edit Page* link under your Fan Page Name on the Left. You'll find it on the Administrative Panel (that's above your banner) in the menu bar to the right under *Manage*.

Grow Your Google+ Business Page with the Power of Sharing

While the power of sharing works on any social network, many of us using Google+ to market our businesses have noticed that network’s ability to boost the effect through the roof. Why? My experience points to at least four contributing factors-
