The conversations around these perspectives bring clarity and a greater understand of communication styles and thinking patterns of teammates.

One of the most common statements I hear when working with clients is “I don’t understand why this issue keeps coming up. I thought I’d resolved this already.” Almost always, the issue at hand is Fear.
We are afraid of success.
We are afraid of failure.
We are afraid of not having enough money.
We are afraid of having too much money.
We are afraid no one will notice us.
We are afraid everyone will notice us.
