Despite a 7% Unemployment rate (US) and the after-effects of a recession, more and more employees express a desire to leave their current jobs or networks.


  • Every month, 2 million people leave their jobs. Close to 15% of Total Workforce


  • 3/4 of people working in Corporate are actively considering leaving their current employment
  • 1/4 are actively looking for a new job


It's interesting to note that company culture and a focus on the company cash instead of the customer were cited most often as the motivation to leave.
