Considering the conditions that give surveillance an ethos of artistry, I set out to see the response of other art afficionados by photographing one of the many surveillance cameras in the Tate Modern. Sure enough, a handful of observers began to photograph this surveillance camera.  So here is my exibit, The intersection of art and surveillance:  Who is surveilling whom?
