While my partner and I do not have children, I believe work-life balance is so critical to a happy and healthy life. It is bizarre that there is such a low expectation of men and their roles at home. Let's bring about two revolutions - ONE for our CEOs and fortune 500 companies to recognize the impact of a "work work work" mentality and TWO to raise the bar of men's involvement in regard to family and home life.
