Der Text ist nicht sehr gut geschrieben - aber die Richtung gefällt mir: Community Management ist die Aufgabe, jeden Teil der Organisation auf den Erfolg beim Kunden auszurichten - also "inside out" zu denken und zu handeln. Ich glaube so ist Social Business eigentlich gemeint. Und so bekommt der CM auch eine wertschöpfende Rolle.
