Many businesses are using gamification to get people hooked on their products and services — and it is working, thanks to smartphones and the Internet.
Love the negative tone to these two articles in the New York Times. I am working on a detailed PRO Gamification post, but not really all that willing to take Internet marketing lessons from a newspaper even if NYT is in their title. You guys (newspapers) MISSED this boat so bad you should stay in your room for a long, long time. What about you? Are you pro or con gamification? Does gamification just confuse you?
