The process is not complicated, you just need to extract some data, and after that, to analyze and interpret them. For this analysis I used OpenSiteExplorer (OSE version free+account) and MajesticSEO (paid version). This analysis is the best I have ever found. It is not an exact one, it can’t be, beacause there is no tool that shows the exact number of links and root domains of a website.
