Por qué GoPro y Airbnb están haciendo de cine su #brandstory. La clave: poner el foco en la experiencia de usuario, por encima del producto o la propia marca.

 

La mayoría de las veces pensamos que el poder de contar nuestra brand story se encuentra en el producto, en sus beneficios, en lo que queremos lograr con ellos. Pero esa es "nuestra" historia, nuestro punto de vista, y el usuario no nos entiende porque no estamos creando una conexión emocional con ellos, no le estamos hablando de "sus" valores. Seguimos siendo nosotros los héroes y ellos unos meros espectadores.

 

Un perfecto ejemplo de gran storytelling es GoPro: antes de su lanzamiento, era difícil para el usuario capturar vídeos de sus propias experiencias practicando deportes extremos. GoPro lo hizo fácil: "Be a Hero". Ahora tú grabas esos momentos únicos, es tu propia experiencia, eres tú mismo... Es tu propio punto de vista y puedes compartirlo.

De llevar las obras allá donde están los clientes potenciales, donde alguien sabrá valorarlas. De conversar en plena calle, de contar la historia de ese artista desconocido y su obra. Y es que, a veces, esos pequeños negocios nos dan una lección de motivación, de pasión, de cercanía y de conversación.
