It’s not news that Google knows more about you than your parents do (or your wife, husband, girlfriend, boyfriend etc etc). We know that and, to a certain extent, sign off on allowing it to happen.

First time using google.com/dashboard to look at the dirt Google collects on me. Luckily, I don't log in to Chrome, nor do I use only gmail for all my communications, so there were limited information. I was surprised though, that I had +1 some apps without knowing.

We're a small non-profit and we rely heavily on volunteers. How can we motivate them when we can't do the traditional things like give them paychecks or bonuses? Yes, their love of the cause is good, but it only goes so far.
