Summary: Using content curation tools like Scoop.it and Pinterest and watching other curation tools sprout like wild mushrooms, I concluded that content curation may not meet my personal expectations but that it should help brands be more visible and engage their customers online :
- Content curation does help content discovery
- Social content curation fosters customer engagement
- Corporate curation tools help create a competitive advantage.
- But content curation is no panacea for failing content creation
