Therese's comment: I guess we can pronounce social shopping curation officially Dead on arrival. The Fancy, Fab.com and others have evolved into plain deal sites, now with the addition of the subscription model. The latter works for socks and beauty, it is questionable that it will work with a mixed bag of "fancy" stuff. Execution will be key.
