It is important to implement a multi-channel approach that provides key content for your customers and leads. I agree that in order to increase your conversion rates you need to include a mobile strategy.

Here's what caught my attention:


  • Show your customers that you appreciate their business. You can do through through an automatic message such as SMS text messaging.


  • Create separate lists for each type of campaign or target market. Detail what their interests are along with income range, geographic information, ect.


  • Go beyond notifications and offer your customers a support forum to go to where they can interact with your business and others. This personalizes your approach and lets them know you are truly interested in them.
