In order to grow your business you need to have a clear plan of action in place. I agree that understanding how to set a single focus with a step-by-step tactical plan that will move you forward faster and with more clarity.

Here's what caught my attention:
- Map out an outline of what you want your business to achieve. If you have a team involve them in coming up with the daily tasks to accomplish your goal. Solopreneurs and small business owners can track their tactics on a spreadsheet or with helpful software and apps.
- Be aware of the realities of your company and don't take on more than you can handle. Write down any obstacles or challenges you might face in your planning process.
- Decide exactly how to reach your target market with the right message. Take advantage of new technology and mobile apps to move your strategy forward.
