When consumer purchasing any products they are likely to go through a decision process. This process consists of up to five stages:
- Stage 1: problem recognition,
- Stage 2: information search,
- Stage 3: evaluation of alternatives,
- Stage 4: purchase decision

this article is very important as it reflects the views of culture and socioeconomic level of the way in which consumers behave. it is very crucial for marlters to know the culture in the way consumers purchase or take vacations as stated as an example in this article. depending on the culture depends on the way consumers react towards a product or service. socioeconmoic level is very important to base decisions on for a marketer as they need to know which consumer segment to target. everyone in the world lives in a different environment with a different lifestyle therefore it is very important for markets to establish a very well marketing mix or a strategy which will help promote a product or service in the way it will help the customer.
