So they flood the market with new teacher candidates and then try to undermine/destroy the most valuable contributor to a great society. Great education. This is like expansion in pro sports. It weakens the talent pool in an all out effotr to achieve mediocrity. 

Is America trying to train its next generation of factory workers by manufacturing an employment crisis?
