This is not a solution but it is a step. This is about Riddell's new helmet that helps screen the brain after a big collision. It is not a diagnostic tool, but it does help decide if the collison could have caused a collison.

Junior Seau was the first big name player to lose his life due to what they believe was re-occuring concussions. After he shot himself in the head, his family donated his brain to science. They discovered that his brain had signs of CTE which is a brain disorder.

Paul Oliver is the latest to shoot himself and commit suicide. They do not know for sure if CTE was the cause, but they pretty confident that was the cause.
