One way that business owners can increase their revenue, is to make sure that opportunities presented to their business by way of enquiries for quotes or price information, are handled effectively and in a timely manner.


Unfortunately, many business owners pay far too little attention to how their staff manage incoming enquiry, and rarely have processes in place to evaluate the success of converting enquiries to sales.


This good article, suggests that if the majority of your incoming enquiry is not converting to business then the strategy you have in place needs to be reviewed, and it offers seven tips that a business owner can implement to ensure more work is won.
