Why Interactive Content Is the Future of Content Marketing

Why Interactive Content Is the Future of Content Marketing | computer training | Scoop.it
oday, people like you and me (not everyone) spend most of our time on the Internet. Tell me, how often do you read the ENTIRE content on the sites you visit every day?

Well, you know the answer. People in search of information navigate across several websites daily but give their full attention to only a few sites. The reason for such a short attention span is pretty simple. On such sites, there is something that compels them to pay attention and that something is what we call interactive content.

The Importance of content marketing is ever growing and becoming more significant as new technologies and resources become more available. This article brings up and explains a very important topic, the difference, which is rather large, between content marketing and interactive content marketing. In todays technology and virtual driven world, it couldn't be easier to stumble upon e-commerce sites, news links, social media, or blogs. The difficult part for these sites is to maintain the attention of the user. Passing by the site is not good enough, in order to be considered successful, the site must trap the attention of the user. This article gives a full explanation of the key factors needed to be considered a successful interactive content marketing company.
Most analysts believe 'content is king' however this article explains the difference that 'interactive content is king' by explaining four necessary objectives. The first objective is basic, attracting an audience, meaning have a plan in order to capture the initial attention of your target. Second objective is to increase engagement by using infrographics, podcasts, videos, webinars, etc.. the third component is to boost traffic site. this can be done by advertising more on popularly used sites by your target audience. The last, and maybe most important, is to increase the conversion rate, meaning increasing the percentage of of positive feedback, sales, or anything else that is included in the goal of your company.
If all of these components are followed, your interactive content marketing should exponentially increase, as should your success!

7 Simple Steps That Will Help You Tell a Story About Your Business - DIY Marketers | computer training | Scoop.it

Business storytelling is becoming more and more important this year.  You are constantly telling stories about your business. Whether that story is told in a speech, in ordinary conversation with co-workers or customers, or on your website or advertising or packaging, your story is aligned with the public face of your company and it must be carefully crafted from your DNA.

So, once you have a clearly delineated DNA, you need to start to create business stories that embody that DNA. Here is a proven system you might employ. And of course, you can also invent your own methodology for business storytelling if you prefer.

The key thing is not mine vs. yours, but to understand your Brand DNA and then systematically tell your brand story in a way that helps disseminate the message of your brand....
