Setting small goals for yourself may help motivate you more. Also, having a plan and writing it down also helps. It's always best to not put a tremendous amount of pressure on yourself from the beginning. Thinking about your goal and how happy you will be once you attain it will motivate and inspire you to work towards it.

Gosh, I've had so many people tell me they aren't motivated lately. I have times that I'm not either, but I just get up and do it and that great feeling comes later. "Since motivation will not zap you like electricity, try this instead." Read below for more.
