A Hub Within A Hub - Using Collaborative Space To Boost The Games Industry | Collaborative, Productive and Innovative Workspaces | Scoop.it

"Cited by a recent Centre for Cities report as one of most significant technology clusters in the United Kingdom, the area around Bristol and Bath in the West of England has established itself as a key centre for entrepreneurial activity in fields such digital media, robotics, aerospace and security. Perhaps surprisingly, given the development and creative skills on hand, the games industry has not been particularly strong in the area in recent years. Now a collaborative space working space venture has set out to re-energise games development in the South West, while giving artists and programmers access to a new and more productive way of working."
