Some good ideas but not very precise. For some professionals life coaching adress personal issues not related to work. Here sometimes they mixed executive coaching wich have some specific features . In my opinion there are coaching! The distiction are commercial. But be careful about the background , effective experience and specific training when you choose a coach.
