Connecting/ On Twitter and in the Workplace, It's Power to the Connectors | Coaching des leaders et managers 2.0 | Scoop.it

Social capital is correlated to whether the nature of one's job encourages getting to know large numbers of people — that is, whether the job involves mobility, a portfolio of varied projects, and participation in initiatives that call for communication across groups.

  • Over time, you’ll notice some of your skills and expertise are receiving a lot of endorsements while others aren’t. This is great market research about your personal brand.
