When in doubt...ask questions, search for answers, listen to your instinct, ask for feedback from your peers, take a step back to analyze your options. "Doubt, contrary to popular opinion" can be useful and can create other possibilities with even better results.

(From the article): Being your best self is synonymous with personal development and it always starts with becoming more aware of who you are and what patterns have been running you to date. Here is the truth; you cannot expect to become the best version of yourself while you are still running all of the same old thought and behavior patterns, which have gotten you to where you are now.. It all has to change and if you are truly committed to becoming the absolute best you, then this change has to be deliberate. In fact, it cannot just be change, it must be transformation.

The recipe for change is easy to remember, three steps.  Start by building self awareness, honest critical feedback from others is a good way to begin.  Secondly, decide on reachable goals for specific areas you have decided to change, behaviors and habits that might really impact your life positively.  The last step is to truly dedicate time, make it a conscious effort towards the goals you have set.  In doesn't matter how small or big, every step towards that goal is an achievement.
