Whatever your position on NCLB - No Child Left Behind Act - this is an interesting read. In reading this I see opportunity for leadership to acknowledge there are no failures when we take the feedback that we're not achieving what we intended. The moment offers an opportunity to make changes with the new insights. Going in, with the paradigm they held, what they created looked like it could work. There is evidence now and that takes leadership with new paradigm because of the learning.
Einstein said it - we cannot solve at the same level of thinking that got us into the situation. Energy Leaders understand tapping into their Creative Genius - as did Einstein - to come up with solutions. And these will be the best thinking going in - and let us build in adjustment in course (That's how Neil Armstrong et al got to the moon - adjusting the whole way, given that their capsule was 99% of the time off course.)
